How long does data delivery take?

Airtime is usually instant. Data bundles typically arrive within minutes, depending on the network. You can follow the status on this page while you wait.

I paid but my data hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Search for the phone number or reference on this page first. If the order is still pending after 30 minutes it is flagged for review automatically. You can also contact our support team with your order reference.

What do the order statuses mean?

Pending means your order is still being processed. Review means it has been flagged for a manual check. Completed means it was delivered to the number. Failed means it could not be delivered, and failed orders are refunded automatically.

Can I track an order without an account?

Yes. Tracking is open to everyone — search by the recipient's phone number or by the order reference.
